Panoptes ("Panoptes," "we," "us") publishes automated analysis of publicly available Polymarket prediction-market trade data at panoptestracking.com (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect, what cookies are set while you use the Site, and who we share data with to make the Site work.
Account information. If you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects the email address and basic profile information you provide when creating an account.
Usage data. The Site and its infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical data -- IP address, browser type, and pages requested -- for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Saved preferences. If you save a filter, favorite an account, or enable notifications, we store that choice against your account so it's there the next time you sign in.
We do not collect information about your own trading activity on Kalshi or Polymarket. All market and trade data Panoptes analyzes is data already publicly published by Polymarket, not data you provide to us.
A cookie is a small piece of data a site asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Panoptes currently only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to provide features you directly use -- not analytics or advertising cookies, and nothing used to track you across other sites.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for features you've directly asked for (signing in, keeping the Site secure), the Site does not currently show a cookie-consent banner. If Panoptes adds analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies in the future, this section will be updated first, and we'll ask for your consent before those cookies are set wherever that's legally required.
Panoptes runs on a small set of infrastructure providers, each of which processes data only as needed to operate the Site:
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Account information is retained while your account is active and deleted on request (contact us below). Market and trade data is public information and is retained indefinitely to support the Site's analysis.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at privacy@panoptestracking.com.
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
This policy currently doesn't cover advertising, analytics, or payments because Panoptes doesn't use them yet. We'll update this page, including the cookies table above, before any of those launch. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
