Terms of Service

Panoptes publishes automated statistical analysis of publicly available Polymarket prediction-market trade data -- surfacing large or unusual trades and scoring them for patterns that may indicate the trader had non-public information. It is a research and monitoring tool, not a trading platform.

Panoptes never executes trades, holds funds, or has custody of anything on your behalf, on Kalshi, Polymarket, or anywhere else. "Paper trading" on the Site is a simulation using fake money to track how a strategy would have performed -- it never places a real order.

Everything on the Site -- scores, flags, leaderboards, backtests -- is an automated statistical estimate, not a factual claim that any account or trade violated any law, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or avoid anything. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or investment advice. You're solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

Creating an account is optional -- filtering and browsing flagged trades works signed-out. Signing in (via Clerk) unlocks saving filters, favoriting accounts, and notifications. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Filtering and browsing trades is free for everyone, with a 24-hour delay on the most recent data. Paid accounts get real-time data, the backtest tool, the Polymarket leaderboard with full history, and in-app notifications. Tier status is tied to your account; we may change what's included in each tier going forward, and will update this page and the Site if we do.

Panoptes doesn't currently process payments directly on the Site. If and when paid subscriptions are billed through the Site, these terms will be updated with the payment provider and billing terms before that happens.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, tier restrictions, or authentication
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract data from the Site outside its own API
• Reverse-engineer the scoring or classification methodology for resale
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or make accusations against any specific individual

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Trade and market data shown on the Site comes from Polymarket's public APIs. Panoptes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket or Kalshi. Kalshi data is not currently displayed on the Site while we work toward Kalshi's explicit approval to do so -- see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data generally.

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any score, flag, or data shown, or that the Site will be available without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panoptes and its operators aren't liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Site, including any trading or financial decisions made based on information shown on it.

We may update these terms as the Site changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
